The Precision Plus range of replacement parts covers direct drive oil-sealed Galileo vacuum pump models including D 05, 08, 12, 18 & 28.

Precision Plus vanes for Galileo vacuum pumps are made from our proven high strength GX polymer similar to that used by many of today’s OEM pump manufacturers. This provides a durable vane that is both thermally stable and corrosion resistant for most vacuum pump applications.
